If you already own VorpX and don’t want to install another mod, the pre-configured Far Cry profile still exists as an injection driver option. It adds stereoscopic 3D and head tracking to the original game, but it’s exactly what that label implies: no motion controls, no hand presence, no roomscale, and a lot of FOV and zoom tweaking to get the image comfortable in a headset. The jungle looks striking in Geometry 3D mode, and vehicle sections benefit from depth, but you’re still playing a flat shooter through stereoscopic lenses with your aim coupled to your gaze.

For VorpX owners who want a quick sample without additional installs, it’s viable. For everyone else, fholger’s mod is so dramatically superior that the VorpX route feels like a curiosity rather than a genuine alternative.
